The Club will continue to subsidise some runs and activities as an incentive for members to attend an activity. We hope you understand that this is entirely at the discretion of the committee members attending the run. The club may cover the cost of coffee/tea or another sort of ‘treat’ for those attending. Please consider that most venues still require a booking or numbers attending, so please contact the organiser of the run. If you need information about any of the runs, please contact the Secretary: 0408 401 562. The listed events on the Runs Calendar are suggestions only and it would be great to see as many Colac Collectable Car Club members as possible, join in the activities as listed.
Wednesday, 17th April (NEW RUN)
“Dairylicious Fudge Farm” on Wednesday, 17th April from 2pm. Meet at Dairylicious Fudge Farm for afternoon tea. RSVP to Claudia 0428 962 854 by Friday, 12th April. Dairylicious Fudge Farm is part of the 12 Apostles Food Artisans Gourmet trail, using major Dairy industry products including local butter, cream and milk powder and other all Australian produced products. The Dairylicious Farm Fudge Café is located at 1281 Timboon-Colac Road in Jancourt East.

“Round the Garages” with the Warrnambool Car Club. An invitation has been extended to our club to join in an activity with the Warrnambool Car Club. Details are:- Start at the Club Rooms – located at 134 Ziegler Parade, Allansford.
8:00 am. Warrnambool Clubrooms are open. Start at clubrooms with cuppa/biscuits.
8:30 to 9:00 am. Attendees arrive clubrooms
9:00 am. Welcome and orientation
9:30 am. Split into 2 groups and leave for Wally’s or Harry’s sheds. 45 minutes each then swap.
12.00 pm – 1.00 pm. Lunch at Clubrooms
1:00 pm Leave for Sharon/Bruce’s, First stop from 1:30 to 2:15 pm. 15 minutes travel. Second stop Peter/ Karen’s 2.30pm – 3.15pm
3:00 pm Afternoon tea at Woolsthorpe hall.

All members will receive their Annual Membership Renewal forms via the post during May. Club ‘early bird’ payments can now be paid. Fees for memberships paid between 1st May and 31st May, 2024 for the 2024 – 2025 year are $40 per annum members who receive their Newsletter via email and $45 per year for members who receive their Newsletter via mail.

Annual Membership Renewal – for members who have not already paid their annual membership, all memberships paid between 31st May, 2024 and 30th June, 2024 members will pay $60 per annum if you receive your Newsletter via email or $65 per year if you receive your Newsletter via mail.

The club’s second meeting for 2024 will be held at the Colac Scout Hall. If you are unable to attend, please email or message your apology to the Secretary. Supper will be provided – 7.30am start. 30th June
All membership fees for 2024 – 2025 Financial year should now be paid. If membership fees are not paid by 30th June, 2024, then your Club membership will be deemed to have lapsed. No further Club newsletters or correspondence will be sent if your membership is not renewed. Please notify the Club in writing if you do not wish to renew your membership. To use Club Permit Scheme plates issued by VicRoads, vehicle owners must be current financial members of a car club authorised by VicRoads. If your club membership has lapsed, and not renewed within 30 days from 30th June, 2024 you are in breach of the requirements of the Club Permit and you are not legally entitled to use your vehicle on the road. VicRoads will be notified on 31st July, 2024 if your membership has not been cancelled.
